Shipping
Our aim is to ship your package as soon as possible so you can enjoy your new kicks! Order fulfillment is usually processed within 24-48 hours.
The shipping price is $10.00. Salt Lake Kicks utilizes our shipping partner USPS. Your kicks will be mailed Priority or Retail Ground, both services include a tracking number. Typical deliver is 2-5 business days.

Exchange, Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery confirmation, so we can work together to determine a mutually acceptable solution. If it is determined that an exchange or refund are appropriate, you will be provided an authorization number and e-mail confirmation.
Exchanges and/or returns will not be accepted due to sizing issues or if you purchase worn items, condition issues. If you have any questions or concerns with regard to sizing or condition of a specific product on our site, please contact us before committing to purchase.
Exchange
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it. New items must not show signs of wear and worn items must be in the same condition as you received the items.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
